As the technical customer service for first-class devices, it is our business to provide optimum customer care and advice beyond the actual sale.

Repairings | Services | Inspections

We naturally offer maintenance and service agreements for our products. Services required on an individual basis are coordinated with the customer and appropriate solutions are implemented.
It is possible to loan or rent our instruments and devices.

Documentation corresponding to Medicinal Devices Act and Medical Devices Operator Regulation

We implement the maintenance and checks on our products that are prescribed by the Medical Devices Operator Ordinance or by the manufacturer.

Our service team manages appointments for maintenance and tests as they fall due.
